✅ II: Linguistics: The Expression of Personal Empowerment. The magic of words to change your life. The model of all models, the Meta-Model— how your neuro-linguistics work in creating your states and experiences. How to detect words as doorways into your mind, how to de-hypnotize your from dis-empowering trances, the magic of hypnotic thinking and speaking, the art of constructing your skills and competencies. We will use many patterns for learning the patterns of clear thinking, persuasive speaking, and strategic thinking.
✅ III. Programming: The Hidden Secrets of Personal Empowerment. The multiple meta-models that govern your thinking, emotions, and responses: the Meta-States Model, the Meta-Programs, the Strategy Model, etc. All of which works mostly unconsciously and via repetitions create your deeper behavioral patterns or programs. We will explore the Meta Domain of your mind (the Meta Place) as the hidden powers of your resources. This will give us the ability to call out unconscious programs and update them. And we’ll use many patterns to actualize all of this into everyday behaviors (Personal Change History, Reframing, Expanding Meta-Programs, Strategies for living, etc.).

Dr. L. Michael Hall, Ph.D., is the pioneering force behind Meta‑NLP and Neuro‑Semantics, whose work since the mid‑1990s has redefined how we understand and model human experience. He developed the Meta‑States model to extend NLP’s linear strategies into recursive, systemic loops for deeper self‑reflection and resilience. As co‑founder of Neuro‑Semantics and the Meta‑Coaching Foundation, he’s authored over 70 books and established global certification standards that continue to shape coaches, therapists, and leaders worldwide.
Dr. Hall earned his doctorate in Cognitive‑Behavioral Psychology from Union Institute University in Cincinnati, Ohio; his dissertation analyzed the languaging of NLP alongside other psychotherapies using General Semantics frameworks, He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Regis University, Denver, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management

Michael Hall, Ph.D. is an entrepreneur who lives in the Rocky Mountains of Western Colorado. For 20 years he conducted a private therapy practice and for 10 years an NLP Training Center. He shifted to modeling expertise in the early 1990s and from that he creaed many NLP and Neuro-Semantic models including The Meta-States Model. Dr. Hall studied and worked with Bandler, writing several books for him and about NLP: The Spirit of NLP (1996), Becoming More Ferocious as a Presenter, Time For a Change, etc.
